My obligation is to provide an unbiased professional opinion of the condition of a home.  My goal is to make buyers feel comfortable and confident in their home purchase by providing valuable information about the home's condition.

Reports will include high resolution images of defects with precise location and description.  My software allows me to highlight defects within images by drawing circles or arrows to really enhance the image and make the issue stand out.

High-tech reporting software allows me to create your report as I complete the inspection.  This allows me to reserve some time to review and deliver the report to my clients minutes after I complete the inspection, not days or hours.
