About Me

My name is Cody Harper and I am the owner of Harper Home Inspection, LLC.  My background in home inspection is probably different than most.  While I don't have years of construction or trades experience on the job, I grew up helping my dad complete any repairs to our home, and to this day, I complete most of my own home repairs.

What I do have is years of experience serving customers.  Over my career, I have learned that the foundation for any business is taking care of your clients, so that will be my priority.  My goal is to inform my clients of the condition of their home, provide education and explanation regarding the condition, and ultimately make their purchase decision easy and worry-free.

On a more personal note, I'm a proud husband and father, faithful Christian, and avid outdoorsman.  I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2008.  In 2014, I moved back to the Coumbia area from my hometown of Lancaster and now live in West Columbia.
